During our stay at Pullman Bangkok last year, we have enjoyable breakfast at their Cuisine Unplugged which is an all-day dining concept restaurant featuring an open kitchen with pizza, pasta, rotisserie, soup and noodle hot-pot, sushi counter, wide selection of salad and fresh fruits. On top of it, there is also a unique bakery situated within the dining area that producing home-made fresh breads and croissants.

With a seating capacity of 202 seats, Cuisine Unplugged provides dine-in guests with lively and innovative buffets during breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner.

[Cuisine Unplugged] Assorted Dim Sum
According to some read-up that I found from www.agoda.com, Cuisine Unplugged actually one of the best dim sum in town which we all find it quite decent too.

[Cuisine Unplugged] Wild Thai Honey which made from Longan Flower
[Cuisine Unplugged] Mixing your own Salad
[Cuisine Unplugged] Freshly baked assorted bread from the in-house bakery

My selection of condiments to go with the Porridge
Mum's version of Thai-style Wanton Noodle Soup
Array of Dim Sum that we love
Assorted Cornflakes with berries and fresh milk is a must for my daily breakfast
Pancake with honey and chocolate sauce for my boy

Their in-house freshly baked Croissants taste so good on it's own or with drizzle of chocolate sauce, generous spoonful of vanilla custard plus some fresh fruits. Mum and I had at least 2 servings every breakfast because it's simply too irresistible.

During our stay at Pullman Bangkok, we really enjoy our evenings with a glass or two of wine/cocktail at their Executive Lounge after a tiring day of sightseeing and shopping spree.

There are different varieties of "Canapé" available for guests selection and most of them really looks good on presentation as well as taste too.
